The dates are in for the Inclusive Summer Camps Dublin

The Camps: DATES:
Tuesday July 9 th – Friday 12 th
10am-2pm. (Visually Impaired specific)
Tuesday July 23 rd – Friday 26 th 10am -2pm
Tuesday Aug 13 th – Friday 16 th 10am -2pm

The Sport Ireland National Sports Campus is hosting its fourth year of inclusive camps designed for
children with additional needs. The camps will be held during 3 separate weeks throughout the
Summer. The price for each successful camp applicant is €60.

Where required, an additional suitable individual known to the child must be able to attend the
camp and assist and engage with all the child’s additional needs, eg, feeding, toileting etc. The camp
is suitable for children aged 7-15 years old.

Each week our athletes will get to try many different sports. Sports included in the camp are
Basketball, Football, Rugby, Athletics, Rounders, Dodgeball, Boccia, GoalBall and Cricket! It promises to be great fun for our Camp Athletes.
Our team are garda vetted, experienced and have recently completed Inclusive Training with CARA-the centre for adapted physical activity. We have also worked closely with the NCBI AND Vision.

Sports Ireland to develop our new VI specific camp.
The Inclusive Multi Sports Camp at the National Indoor Arena is modelled upon our successful
Summer Camp and academy programs which proved a popular hit since the opening of the Arena.
