MCS Case Management is an Irish based company with offices in Dublin and Cork, covering all of Ireland.  We are a dedicated team of experts with a wealth of qualifications and experience and come from a range of backgrounds including nursing, nurse management, intellectual disability teaching and holistic therapy. We are registered with both An Bord Altranais (Nursing Board, Ireland) and the Teaching Council of Ireland. We meet the professional standards, guidelines and ethics of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and the Case Management Society of the UK (CMSUK).  We partake in continuous professional development both in house and externally in Ireland and the UK. 

Siobhan Mc Sweeney

Siobhan is a qualified Nurse and Midwife with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the health sector. She is a Registered Case Manager who has worked with clients of various ages with complex medical needs. She works countrywide, in conjunction with her clients, their families, solicitors and the office of the wards of court. Siobhan also trains and clinically supervises other case managers within the company. 

Mary McSweeney

Registered Nurse (RN) & Registered Midwife (RM)

Dip. Reflexology & Dip. Aromatherapy

Mary is a qualified and experienced staff nurse and midwife. She is also qualified and previously worked as a Reflexologist and Aromatherapist.  Mary has completed counselling skills training and she has more recently up-skilled in holistic approaches to palliative care. She has also trained in the UK with the Brain Injury Group (BIG) on the management of Cerebral Palsy. Mary is also a Registered Case Manager.

Marie-Claire Foley

Marie Claire is an associate case manager specialising in the area of paediatrics.   She has worked as a special education teacher in a Dublin National School. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked in special needs education.  She is a member of the teaching council of Ireland. She provides home tuition to children with developmental delay and has experience working with ventilated children. She also specialises in the provision of home tuition costing reports.
