Case Management is an active process devoted to the coordination, rehabilitations, care and support of people with complex, clinical needs and their families.

We provide Case Management for children and adolescents.

A nationwide team of nursing consultants with medico-legal training provide assessments of the injured person’s initial needs in regard to care, support, medical, therapy, equipment, accommodation, vocational, educational, leisure, holidays, vehicle assess and transport.

Periodic Payment Orders

Preparing Case Management Reports and Costings for mediation hearings and High Court Hearings.

We have been providing case management services since 2015

We have been providing case management services since 2015, to people who have experienced brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy and multiple trauma. We are an Irish based company with a wealth of experience in nursing, special needs and legal services.

We commence all of our relationships by firstly meeting the client and their family and explaining the role of the Case Manager and the advantages of having this service. We provide a personal service country wide and are available on the phone for support in between scheduled meetings once the service is established.

Case Management is a collaborative process, that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual’s needs including health and wellbeing, education and/or occupational needs, using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost effective and safe outcomes.

We organise and manage therapy support in and outside the home.

We were so lucky to meet Siobhan when we did. Antoinette, my sister was 3 years in an acute hospital since her acquired brain injury and we didn't know what to do. When we met Siobhan, she made so many helpful suggestions and changed all our lives. She assisted us in sourcing a suitable bed for Antoinette in Peamount Hospital and sourced Music Therapy for Antoinette which brought such joy to us all. It lights up Antoinette's face and makes her smile. She liaises with Antoinette's consultant, Dr Wallace, and our solicitor. Siobhan is a former colleague, we worked together for many years as Assistant Directors of Nursing and Nursing Site Managers. She is a dedicated, warm, kind hearted, generous and a hard-working lady, whose commitment always sees projects through to completion.
